Kyle Thompson And Donna Thompson Baxter
Donna is a leader that leads by example. A true problem solver, if she does not have the answer she will find it! Through her more than 25 years in real estate, 37 years and counting of motherhood with now 7 grandchildren, 15 years and counting of being a dedicated wife and an organizer for her husband Ron and his business Baxter Homes. Donna has always found a way to make an impact and encourage positive change in all aspects of everyone’s lives she is involved with, including ours and this real estate company that she wholeheartedly believes will benefit each customer and client we have the privilege of working with 100%.
Real estate is much, much more than sticking a sign in the yard and waiting for the phone to ring. There are opportunities and obstacles with each property we list, as well as, helping our clients purchase. Having Donna in your corner will save you the hardship of buying and selling real estate. She exemplifies a passion for what she does and makes the process fun and enjoyable. Donna is always willing to share her expertise, knowledge, and resources to improve the outcome and maximize potential. With Donna, you can be assured that once you have worked with her you become much more than a client or customer, you become her family. And that is truly what drives Donna, relationships!
Kyle has a strong passion for real estate and seeing the potential in properties that others do not. Functional obsolescence or cosmetically challenged, these properties don’t seem to narrow his scope of thinking. This started 7 years ago when he first purchased his home with his wife, Elena. They spent months searching for the “perfect house” in a time when inventory wasn’t the best and their first homebuyer budget was limited. The house they ended up purchasing was on the market the entire time, overlooked by a see-through fireplace to the master bedroom butted up to the corner of living room wall, five different types of flooring, and was in need of a lot of paint, to say the least. Well, to his benefit and to our company and clients, this project house turned into a career helping people with similar issues in real estate. From pre-listing checklist, addressing “buyer beware” issues before the house even hits the market so you are ready and confident.
Like his mother, Donna, and business partner, Kyle has a unique ability to want to help and build relationships. His family and friends are paramount. Not too many people into their mid-late 30s are still extremely close friends with the pals he went to elementary school with. It shows his dedication, sacrifice, the passion that he has to not only develop relationships but also expand them into long-term bonds. You see this through his family, friends, clients, customers, and colleagues. He puts them at ease with a laid back; tell it like it is personality that makes all situations comfortable, just like his wardrobe, which seems to always be casual!
